Waterline repairs will have one Muskingum County village without water throughout the day Tuesday.

Frazeysburg, in the top western portion of the county, is warning its residents to not expect to have any water service until the late evening.

A notice sent out last week to village residents informed them that in order to conduct a water line repair, service to the entire town had to be turned off.

That in effect has caused many businesses to say they will be closed for the day.

Included is the Frazeysburg Pool which will not be open as pool-goers would not have access to any restroom facilities.

The repairs are expected to be completed by day’s end.

After completion, a boil advisory will be in place until Friday, June 4.
