Interstate 70 westbound through downtown Zanesville is closed due to a semi-truck on fire.

City Fire and Police crews have been dispatched to the scene. Traffic is heavily impacted. The call was first reported around 11:30 p.m. Monday night.

According to scanner traffic, the eastbound lane may also be impacted.

The interstate is currently closed at Adamsville Exit.
