UPDATE: Both Crystal Smitley and April Liggett has been safely located.

The Zanesville Police are asking for the public’s help in locating two missing female city residents.

Both went missing earlier this month

According to Detective Phil Michel, Crystal Smitley, 36-years-old, was last seen in the afternoon hours of Saturday, February 13 leaving an appointment on Bell Street.

She is described as being five feet two inches tall and weighing roughly 200 pounds.

Smitley has brown hair and green eyes.

She was last seen wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans with holes and tennis shoes.

The other woman, April Liggett, 37-years-old, was last seen on Thursday, February 4 along Wheeling Avenue.

She is described as being five feet two inches tall and weighing roughly 140 pounds.

Liggett has brown hair and green eyes.
