The date for Zanesville’s 2019 Beggar’s Night has been selected. 

Members of City Council voted Monday night to declare Halloween, Oct. 31, the official night for trick-or-treating in the City.

Between 5:30 p.m. and 7 p.m., kids can dress up in costume and go door-to-door in search of candy.
