Zanesville man accused of murder indicted on felony charges

The Zanesville man accused of shooting and killing 21 year-old Martisa Palmer on New Year’s Eve has been indicted by a grand jury and is scheduled to appear in common pleas court Wednesday.
Dustin R. Cox, 24, is charged with one count of aggravated murder with a firearm, an unclassified felony, one count of tampering with evidence with a firearm specification, a third-degree felony, and one count of murder, an unclassified felony.
Cox is accused of shooting and killing Palmer at a home located at 609 Pershing Rd. on Dec. 31.
Police were called to the address around 3:21 a.m. for a disturbance where they later found the victim’s body.
According to a press release from Zanesville Police Chief Tony Coury, Cox was found in a parked vehicle outside a south east Zanesville residence later that afternoon.

They were married and Dustin shot her; husband cold-bloodedly shot and murdered the wife indoor. Dustin is a coward and he’s heartless, please let tbe sentence aggregate the crime, that will serve as a deterrent to other miscreants out there.

Please state facts Dustin Cox the husband of Martisa Palmer Cox who murdered his wife. This was a senseless act, he was the person that made a vow before God and man to love, cherish and protect his wife through sickness and health. However he took a life this senseless act has caused alot of hurt for the families. Domestic Violence is an Epidemic please do an article to help people who are in an Domestic Violence situation.

They where married on june 17, 2017 and received a married license in muskington county on or about june 17 2017 .
This is clearly a case of Domestic violence
We need to fine a way to help young women
To leave these situations.
Please help by turning on the lights to violence
against women.
