Thursday, crews were seen tearing down the existing remnant structure of the Maple Bell Car Cash located in front of Walmart.

The property has been owned by Martin Farms Partnership for over 20 years after purchasing the property from Judge Jay Vinsel on March 11, 1998.

Martin Farms Partnership recently sold the location to HRM CSOK LLC for $412,250 at the end of September.

Crews began demolition on October 31st, and it is currently unclear what will be done with the property once demolition is complete.
