South East Area Transit is treating the community to free bus rides on Halloween.

The bus service, which operates primarily in Muskingum and Guernsey counties, will offer free transit on Wednesday, Oct. 31.

That includes fixed routes and inner city transportation in both Zanesville and Cambridge, according to a post on SEAT’s Facebook page.
