Traffic on U.S. Route 40 was blocked Thursday afternoon due to a crash west of Norwich.

According to OSP, the driver of a Chrysler Sebring never stopped as traffic was slowing for a turning car and crashed into the back of a Toyota Camry.

At least one person was taken to the hospital in the accident.

The driver of the Sebring was cited for assured clear distance.
