After weather delays caused timeline setbacks, the Underwood Street I-70 onramp has reopened.

Closed in mid-August, the construction is part of an $88 million dollar update to the interstate through Zanesville.

As of Tuesday night, however, the I-70 Underwood Street exit ramp is still closed, blocked by traffic cones.
