A local transit authority will be hosting a customer appreciation event in honor of the return of street routes.

South East Area Transit will host the event at its main downtown Zanesville location.

The event, which is scheduled for Friday, October 8, from between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., will also feature free lunch for guests.

SEAT is located at 224 Main Street in Zanesville.
