Traffic along Maple Avenue will be restricted throughout the day Wednesday as paving crews work to resurfacing the roadway.

City personnel expect traffic delays and suggest motorists use alternate routes.

The southbound lanes of Maple Avenue from St. Louis Avenue to Sheridan Street will be down to one lane of traffic.

The northbound lanes of Maple Avenue from Sheridan Street to St. Louis Avenue will also be down to one lane of traffic.

Due to those limitations in traffic flow, city staff is anticipating congestion.
