A motorcycle crash late Saturday night along Mansfork Road in Wayne Township has left a man critically injured.

According to Muskingum County Sheriff Matt Lutz, around 11:30 p.m. his deputies responded to a report of a crashed Harley-Davidson motorcycle.

When first responders arrived, they found the man with serious critical life-threatening injuries, Lutz added.

The man was then transported by helicopter to a Columbus area hospital.

No other individuals are believed to have been involved in the crash.

The name of the man and the cause of the crash are not being released at this time.
