A local jewelry store in the Colony Square Mall has recently closed, leaving the mall which once had multiple jewelry establishments, with one that remains closed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Dunkin’s Diamonds posted on its website that “it is with a heavy heart that we have to announce the permanent closing of our Zanesville location, effective immediately. We are thankful to everyone in the community who has supported us during the years.”

The post continued by encouraging anyone with questions or concerns to contact the Heath location.

The company has four remaining locations in Ohio and three in Florida.

Multiple phone calls to the corporate office were not returned.

Zales, the sole remaining jewelry store in the mall, is currently closed to walk-in traffic but is available by phone for appointments at 740-454-1228 according to their website.
