The Zanesville-Muskingum County Chamber of Commerce annual Spring Break event has been postponed due to venue restrictions following Governor Mike DeWine’s request to avoid large public events to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus.

The event was originally scheduled for Friday, March 13 at Ohio University Zanesville’s Littick Hall.

On Tuesday, the University announced it will be moving classes to an online format and canceling large campus events.

According to the Chamber of Commerce, Spring Break is being rescheduled with details being sent to members early next week.
