Traffic lights out at Maple and Adair, other intersections due to downed lines

Several intersections are without traffic lights after a vehicle took out a series of utility poles in an alley by Coconis at the intersection of Maple and Adair Avenues.
Adair Avenue between Maple Avenue and Blue Avenue will be closed for about a half hour as crews from AEP work to restore power.
Drivers are advised to avoid the area.
Traffic signals at the intersection of Maple and Locust Avenues and Maple and Brown Street are also down, in addition to the intersection at Adair Avenue.
