Traffic diverted at Y Bridge for stuck semi

A semi-truck utilizing the designated lane of Linden Avenue at the Y Bridge for more clearance has become stuck under the railroad overpass Wednesday afternoon.
Traffic is built up at the Y Bridge as officers from the Zanesville Police Department have closed the turning lane from Main Street onto Linden so crews can remove the truck.
A heavy duty tow truck is currently on scene to assist. The road is expected to be cleared around 3:30 p.m.
According to the officer on scene, the driver of the semi is from out-of-state.

So does this mean that when the road was repaved, that they didn’t measure correctly? Shouldn’t the Semi have fit? He was in the correct lane.
