Update: Thomas Smith has been taken into custody with the Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office as of Thursday, March 28. Joshua Spargrove is also in the Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office custody as of April 1.

Two men were added to the Muskingum County Most Wanted List Wednesday morning.

Thomas Smith, 51, is wanted on a felony warrant. According to the Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office he’s charged with an OVI with three or more prior OVI offenses in the last 10 years.

He weighs 140 pounds and is 6 feet 3 inches tall. He has brown hair, brown eyes and has tattoos on both his upper right and upper left arms.

The last known address for Smith was 5350 N. River Road East in Zanesville.

In addition to Smith, Joshua Spargrove was also added to the most wanted list.

Spargrove, 30, is wanted on a felony warrant and is charged with possession of methamphetamine, according to the Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office.

The Zanesville man weighs 160 pounds and is 5 feet 6 inches tall. He has blonde hair, blue eyes and a variety of tattoos on both of his arms.

Spargrove’s last known address is 2710 Linden Ave in Zanesville.
