Letty is in need of a new, caring family.

The approximately 3-year-old Boxer-mix came into the Muskingum County Dog Warden and Adoption Center after she was picked up as a stray in the parking lot of Tractor Supply.

Letty is a medium-sized dog with a dark coat, dotted with patches of white. She’s very gentle and affectionate toward anyone that will give her a little attention, Dog Warden Bryan Catlin said.

The pup gets along well with other dogs and all people that she encounters. Catlin said she’s very laid-back and doesn’t have hyper tendencies like many other dogs.

Letty enjoys being outside for walks but prefers to be inside otherwise.

Catlin said she would do well in a home environment — not as an outdoor dog — with a family that could provide her with an ample amount of love and attention.

Letty, who is up-to-date on her vaccines and is spayed, is available for adoption at the Muskingum County Dog Warden and Adoption Center. Anyone interested in adopting her can call the center to set up an appointment for a meet-and-greet at 740.453.0273.
