Around 11 a.m. Sunday morning Wayne Township Fire personnel were called to reports of an overturned 2002 Oldsmobile Bravada near the 9000 block of South River Road.

Roger Evans of Blue Rock was taken by Community Ambulance to Genesis Hospital for minor injuries.

According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Evans was driving south when a white Ford Taurus came into his lane causing him to swerve off the road, down an embankment and into a tree.

Evans admitted to OSP that he was not wearing a seat belt and was ticketed for the offense.

Earlier that morning, a ODOT truck also went off the road, according to the accident report.
