Sections of Maple Avenue may obstruct traffic flow due to lane striping.

The Street and Sanitation Divisions released a public notice stating that the city will be lane striping on both Maple Avenue and Military Road on Thursday and Friday, weather permitting.

Various sections of Maple will be re-striped, but the release stated that no lane closures are expected.

At 10 a.m. Thursday a section of the right southbound lane, traveling toward I-70 East, outside of Genesis Hospital was shut down between Country Club Drive and Balls Lane.

Military Road will be shut down between Fairway Lane and Northpointe Drive. Military Road was recently repaved, so new striping will be applied to the road.
