MCCF launches new campaign
August 9, 2018
The Muskingum County Community Foundation is introducing a new campaign aimed at driving in more dollars each day of the year to ultimately impact community programs.
Muskingum 365, the name of the campaign, asks donors to give a dollar a day to the Foundation.
Those donations will go toward efforts in line with MCCF’s cornerstones, including education, wellness and recreation, economic vitality and arts and culture.
“We see this as a great way for members of our community to give a little and become part of something bigger,” said MCCF CEO, Brian Wagner. “Simply directing one dollar a day to support Muskingum County, when added to dollars of many other community members, will help build a better tomorrow.”
According to Randy Cochrane, MCCF Development Director, Muskingum 365 was designed for people who want to give back to the community and be part of something bigger, but aren’t necessarily millionaires.
Cochrane explained that participants in the program can give at a level within their comfort zone.
“When you do the math, you can easily see how community members who participate in this program are going to change lives,” Wagner added.
To participate in the program, donors can sign up at mccf.org by clicking on the Muskingum 365 logo.
