A 16 year-old boy has been classified as a runaway or missing juvenile after he was last seen in the area of the Sunrise Center.

The Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating 16 year-old Jett A. Schaeffer who was last seen sometime Tuesday in the Sunrise Center area. It is believed that the juvenile is in the Zanesville area.

Schaeffer is 5-foot-10-inches tall and weighs 130 pounds. He has blonde hair and brown eyes.

The boy does not have any documented tattoos or markings.

According to the MCSO, Schaeffer has pending charges or warrants for being unruly and a probation violation.
