As the officer drove in the direction of the speeding vehicle he noticed an individual waving him down, alerting him of the crash, according to the trooper.
The driver was traveling westbound along Coopermill Road when he went off the left side of the roadway, struck a white pickup truck, hit a culvert, before finally overturning the vehicle, the trooper added.

After speaking to the driver at the hospital, he will likely be cited according to a trooper on scene.
