A 25 year-old woman performed sexual favors for a man who, in return, paid for the woman’s $65 drug test.
Danielle Frame pleaded guilty Wednesday morning to one fifth-degree felony count of theft of a credit card and one first-degree misdemeanor count of misuse of a credit card (less than $1,000).
Frame stole a 16 year-old girl’s employee pay card after she met up with the girl’s father to exchange sexual favors. While in the man’s house, Frame took the girl’s card out of her room, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney John Litle said in court.
Later in the day, Frame, who was driving her girlfriend’s car at the time, met up with the man a second time to borrow $15 more.
The girl was eventually notified that her card was used at the Dairy Mart and reported it stolen.
According to Litle, the girl’s father called the police to report the stolen card.
Upon Dairy Mart providing video of the transaction Frame made, which was just over $7, the man stated he didn’t know who Frame was and claimed she broke into his home to steal the card.
Police investigated the alleged crime before the nature of the relations between Frame and the man surfaced.

How is the man in the story not being charged with soliciting? Just curious
