Columbia Gas of Ohio has closed Taylor Street, between Maple Avenue and Dresden Road, while crews work to replace a service line.

Dave Rau, a media relations member for Columbia Gas, said the repair is a result of a customer experiencing service issues. The work is routine and crews are hoping to wrap up the replacement Thursday.

The road is anticipated to reopen Friday pending the completion of the service line replacement.

Drivers can access Dresden Road from Taylor Street, but both ends of Taylor Street, between Maple Avenue and Dresden Road, are blocked off to through traffic.
