One of the community’s most anticipated rival sporting events of the year has been canceled.

According to school officials, Friday’s football game between the Tri-Valley Scotties and the Zanesville Blue Devils has been postponed to a future date.

It appears a spread of the virus may be to blame. Tri-Valley is actively seeking an alternative team for Friday night.
