Damage to power lines have left over 200 customers in Adamsville without power Wednesday afternoon following strong winds.

According to a media representative with American Electric Power (AEP) crews are on scene assessing the situation and there appears to be damage to multiple power poles and power lines in the area.

Restoration of power is currently estimated at 8:30 p.m.
