Some Zanesville residents may find themselves with low water pressure or discolored water on Wednesday, May 1.

From 7:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m., the Zanesville Fire Department will be flushing hydrants in the area of Green Street, Glessner Avenue, Downard Road, Bonifield Court and any surrounding side streets.

The fire department advises affected residents to wait for the water to clear after 4 p.m. before doing laundry.
