The driver of an SUV was trapped inside his vehicle after losing control while traveling north along State Route 60.

Around 1:30 a.m. Wednesday morning the vehicle went off the left side of the road, through a corn field and into a deep ditch, resulting in the vehicle rolling over on its side according to a Ohio State Highway Patrol Supervisor on scene.

The incident occurred just South of Powelson Road near the Muskingum Township Garage.

The driver was the sole occupant of the vehicle, and was transported to Genesis Hospital with unknown injuries.

It is currently unknown if drugs or alcohol were a factor.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol, Falls Township Fire Department, Falls Township EMS and Dresden EMS were all on scene.
