United Way 12 Days of Giving begins

By Christine Holmes, News Director

The United Way of Muskingum, Perry and Morgan Counties is asking for the community’s participation in the non-profit’s “12 Days of Giving” initiative to benefit charities throughout the tri-county area.

For each day between Dec. 3 and 12, the United Way is asking for a specific item to benefit various service organizations in the area.

Items include clothing, food, personal hygiene and household necessities.

For Monday, Dec. 3, the item of choice is gloves to benefit East Side Community Ministry, Morgan County United Ministry and the students and families of Perry County Schools who are in need.
