The entire Village of Frazeyzburg is under a boil order due to multiple water line breaks over the past few days.

According to Muskingum County EMA Director Jeff Jadwin, a boil advisory has been put in place until water can be tested and cleared by the EPA for drinking.

The boil order will likely last into Monday morning or longer.

Jadwin also said several street are without water in the area of 5th and Basin Street. That line is expected to be repaired this afternoon, but residents will have to follow the boil advisory when water returns.
