This Saturday community members will have another opportunity to receive free boxes of food courtesy of the USDA’s Farmers to Families program.

To date, the program has supplied over $1 million dollars of food to Muskingum County families needing assistance.

The event will take place this Saturday in the Secrest parking lot between the hours of 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., community members are asked to not line up or arrive early.

Due to the large number of individuals who showed up last time the event was hosted, traffic will be restricted downtown.

The Fifth Street exit of I-70 will be closed during the event.
