Anyone in downtown Zanesville early Friday evening may caught a rare glimpse of a peculiar looking car driving up and down the streets.

Google’s Street View vehicle made what’s know as a “trekking” stop in town to collect 360-degree images of the downtown area.

Those images are then stitched together to make up the street images on Google Maps.

The last time Google did any trekking downtown was in September of 2012.
