Genesis provides guidelines for COVID-19

Genesis Healthcare System is requesting that the public follow a series of steps and guidelines before being tested for COVID-19.
Anyone of the belief that they are in need of medical attention is first asked to call their family doctor. Those without family doctors should call the Genesis NurseLine at (740) 455-4949.
After making an appointment, patients should call the doctor’s office from the parking lot when they arrive and wait for someone from the office to take them directly into an exam room.
Anyone making appointments with a Genesis Medical Group provider is only permitted to bring one visitor with them at the appointment.
The purpose of taking these steps is to protect the doctor’s office and its visitors from becoming infected of exposed to the coronavirus.
Patients without symptoms are not qualified for testing or release to return to work.

Why cannot telephone communication be available for patients with lung disease those most vulnerable, to get test results from dr or prescriptions called in . Instead of being made to come directly to the hospital. I was told tele doctoring is not available , later seen governor stating it is .i understand that office visits should be charged during the phone calls . Thanks get this happening everywhere !

so it says patients without symptoms are not qualified for testing or release to return to work why cant they go back to work if they dont have symptoms
